Warranty Terms – Stolab Möbel AB
At Stolab, our most important task is to design and manufacture high-quality furniture that lasts for generations. However, no matter how meticulous we are, issues may sometimes arise during production in our factory or during transport.
Below, we outline our warranty terms for retail resellers, contract customers, and e-commerce customers of stolab.se.

General Warranty Information
Warranty:
- Starting from June 25, 2024, we offer a 10-year warranty from the invoice date covering manufacturing defects on all furniture. Additionally, an extended 20-year warranty applies to our Lilla Åland chairs and armchairs made of birch.
- A 3-year warranty applies to electrical components, wear parts in mechanisms, and gas cartridges. (Not applicable to e-commerce customers at stolab.se.)
- Textiles are covered by the respective textile supplier's warranty.
The warranty does not cover wear caused by abnormal use beyond what can reasonably be expected under normal conditions.
The warranty does not cover natural variations in wood, textiles, leather, sheepskin, or other natural materials.
Stolab is not responsible for improper use or damage resulting from insufficient maintenance, improper storage, or incorrect assembly by the buyer. The warranty does not cover direct or indirect consequences of such issues.
For customized products, we reserve the right to adapt the applicable warranty terms. (Not applicable to e-commerce customers at stolab.se.)
The delivered product’s wood surface or color may vary from wood or color samples. Such samples should only be seen as guiding examples.
Stolab reserves the right to make changes to furniture design, construction, and color.
Transport Damages
Upon receiving goods, if the packaging is damaged, deviations must always be noted on the freight document. Missing documentation will result in claims being rejected. The recipient must immediately notify Stolab of any deviations.
Visible or concealed damage upon receipt must be reported no later than 5 days after delivery. Contact our customer service at +46 (0)371-33750 or reklamation@stolab.se. Additional costs related to transport damage will not be covered by Stolab Möbel AB.
Returns and Claims
Returns related to claims must not be made without our approval. For prompt and accurate processing of returns and claims, return documentation must accompany the goods, including a reference to the claim number. For returns at Stolab’s expense, the transport must be handled by a carrier designated by Stolab. Feedback to the buyer will be provided within 5 working days.
