The role of Logistics and Dispatch Manager is central to the company’s delivery chain. You are responsible for ensuring that our products—furniture manufactured in Smålandsstenar and by external partners—are delivered on time, to the right place, and with the right quality.
You will be hands-on in the dispatch operations, plan transports, and ensure that deliveries are carried out in a cost-efficient and customer-focused manner.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute outbound deliveries to customers in Sweden and internationally.

• Ensure accurate delivery documentation (delivery notes, freight documents, export papers, etc.).

• Book transports via Logtrade and manage deliveries in the Pyramid ERP system.

• Participate in negotiations with freight forwarders to optimize price, quality, and delivery reliability.

• Maintain order, safety, and efficiency in the dispatch area.

• Follow up on transport costs and deviations.

• Support customer service by providing freight cost estimates for quotations.

• Work continuously to improve logistics flows and delivery reliability.

 

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport booking, or dispatch operations, preferably within the manufacturing or furniture industry.

• Experience with domestic and international transports is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Pyramid and Logtrade is highly beneficial.

• Strong administrative abilities and technical interest.

• Forklift license and a category B driving licence are meriting.

• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required; good knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Experience in communication and negotiation with freight forwarders is desirable.
